Terms and Conditions-2025 Spring Equipment Auction 

All items will be sold as-is where-is with no guarantee of any kind. Commission rates for consignors will be as follows, 10% for any item that sells for $1,000.00 or less. 5% for any item that sells for $1,001.00 or more.  If you would like to place a reserve on any item please let us know before the start of the auction. There will be a $10.00 P.O. (pass over) fee for any item that does not sell or bring the said reserve amount. A photo i.d. must be presented to be issued a bidder number. Methods of payment will be cash or good check only. Not responsible for accidents , theft or loss of property.  Announcements made day of sale take precedence over any printed material.
